Job Summary Responsible for the creation, in collaboration with our division partners, of all huddle content to support our SMB Field Sales. Creates & cascades playbooks that support our sales initiatives, product launches as well as internal programs such as LevelUP, to drive revenue growth for our Field SB, Enterprise, and OOF teams. The Specialist will participate in creative brainstorms, building decks, and partnering with our division sales leads to ensure strong alignment between CHQ and our Divisions. Assists in cascading Field Marketing-related reports/ crafting data/analysis and building generic sales collateral. This individual will be responsible for hosting calls for Field, Out of Footprint, and Enterprise regularly. In addition, this individual will be responsible for all resources and onboarding access for Out of Footprint reps. This individual will work with various cross-functional departments within the organization, including all 3 divisions, on day-to-day tactics, while acting as a Comcast Business brand ambassador. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. Job Description Core Responsibilities Administers an annual operating budget for product sales team. Conducts analyses of sales practices to develop sales product efficiencies. Negotiates with customer representatives on both technical and commercial issues to reach mutually acceptable terms for an appropriate sales agreement. Assists in implementing advertising and promotional activities. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
