We’re Looking For: The Marketing Operations team is seeking an experienced individual with a passion for creating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience collaborating across various stakeholders and marketing groups within a highly matrixed organizational structure. This role involves orchestrating end-to-end multi-channel customer journeys for crucial marketing and communications campaigns. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort with diving into projects are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapting as needed to execute world-class marketing campaigns. As the marketing operations campaign builder, responsibilities include executing marketing efforts to acquire new customers and retain the current subscriber base. This role serves as the marketing point of contact for both employees and external vendors. The campaign builder deploys and assesses the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracks market trends, analyzes results, and draws conclusions to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and tactics. Additionally, the campaign builder should focus on continuous development and optimization of processes and procedures to enhance departmental efficiencies. Job Description What You’ll Do: Reporting directly to the Sr Manager of Campaign Operations, you will build and execute on multi-channel marketing initiatives Support AI/ML and marketing initiatives by building multi-channel campaigns across channels such as email, direct mail, sms using Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Experience Platform – working within the tools to create customer and prospect journeys Work across multiple teams at HQ and various stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, build journeys, monitor results, and continuously optimize campaign Serve as a resource for campaign operations build functions and data accuracy across HQ Using Adobe Campaign, develop trigger-based campaigns or ad-hoc campaigns as needed in support of fast moving AI/ML and marketing initiatives Work with audience team to create audiences and segments within Adobe Experience Platform to support the marketing campaigns Partner closely with analytics/reporting, testing, and marketing teams to drive performance of all marketing campaigns Leverage knowledge of segmentation, testing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to improve campaign performance and optimize results Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What You’ll Need: Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is ideal - 4+ years hands-on experience building and managing campaigns with Adobe Campaign Classic, or a similar role Experience working with or understanding of SQL and relational databases is helpful to the success of this role Quickly understands and able to articulate complex systems and processes to non-technical partners Must have knowledge of audience and segmentation building in a CDP platform, preferably with Adobe Experience Platform Fluency with Adobe products required, in-depth experience with Oracle-Responsys campaign management is also an added benefit, either or both utilized to create trigger-based campaigns. Attention to detail with strong project management skills, delivering on time Understanding of campaign performance drivers and experience optimizing Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing cross-channel customer and prospect journeys Creative problem solver, shows perseverance when presented with barriers Must be approachable and a strong team player Self-starter, works well under pressure and tight deadlines Strong technical, written and communication skills are a must Proven ability to communicate and build cross functional relationships. #EBICareers Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
