Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Enterprise Tech Alliances Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through partnerships and alliances within the B2B technology ecosystem. We know technology alliances and partnerships are a critical ingredient to our enterprise & vertical go-to-market approach, and this role will be an integral member of our go-to-market success. Job Description Core Responsibilities: Alliance Strategy and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for technology alliances, aligning with overall business objectives. Build relationships with tech partners to drive awareness and growth across joint priority segments and customers. Collaborate with Solutions Marketing to prioritize roadmap initiatives, and identify and evaluate potential technology partners to enhance our go-to-market efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, divisions, enablement, indirect marketing and field marketing leaders to establish and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners. Campaign Management: Plan, propose and get buy in for joint marketing campaigns and activities with current tech alliance partners as well as potential partners. Execute joint marketing campaigns with technology partners and growth marketing team to drive lead generation, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement. Event Coordination: Coordinate with our high touch demand generation and field marketing teams on key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote technology alliances and strengthen partner relationships. Organize and host webinars or virtual events to showcase joint solutions and engage target audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals across all functions. Collaborate with sales teams to enable them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote technology partnerships. Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to technology alliances. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for partnerships and strategic collaborations. Other: Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise technology. Strong understanding of alliance marketing strategies and tactics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
