Summary: The Connected Living team is driving a key transformation at Comcast - to make the Xfinity app the way our 30 million+ customers interact with Xfinity. The Xfinity app is the digital destination for our customers to enjoy the power of our products and experience effortless service and support. The Connected Living team develops and manages the Xfinity app as part of our mission to deliver a powerful and simple connectivity experience. The Content Delivery Manager will report to the Director of App Merchandising & Engagement and be responsible for overseeing content intake, the publishing workflow, and execution of content launches in the app. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate across the organization with Product, Technology, Experience Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define, build, and maintain content across the mobile application using our Content Management System (CMS). Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for our self-service content delivery process and participate in quality assurance reviews. Manage end-to-end Jira workflow board for content requests from initial intake requests to publishing and archival of content. Provide accurate reporting and notes for any content updates in the intake system. Provide feedback on tools and processes to optimize team and workflow. Present updates to leadership on roadmap execution. Demonstrate agility and flexibility to adapt to changing requests in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with diverse partners to ensure the content will provide a consistent experience across our products. Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Track record of success delivering content across large digital properties Experience working with enterprise-level CMS solutions At least 3 years of content delivery experience Strong analytical skills to bring a data-driven approach to content management Demonstrable experience in collaborating across organizations to deliver together on major projects Experienced practitioner of Agile software tools This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
