Job Summary Responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and staff. Coordinates multiple projects; orchestrates meetings, researches agenda items, analyzes data and compiles reports. Maintains necessary office supplies and ensures various equipment is properly configured, installed and maintained. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team. Job Description Core Responsibilities Provides administrative and clerical support including correspondence, office management tasks, filing, research, and various projects. Practices good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activities. Effectively, and in a timely way, manages calendars and meeting coordination with senior executives, staff, and external partners. Submits expense reports on behalf senior leaders. Supports with travel bookings as needed. Creates intricate spreadsheets, Word documents and/or PowerPoint presentations. Screens and directs incoming phone calls. Handles maintenance of all office equipment. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills: Ability to communicate both conversationally and in writing in a clear, professional manner; Ability to perform highly detailed work Ability to plan, organize and prioritize in a highly effective manner; Ability to handle frequent interruptions and changes in priorities; Strong team player and be willing to assist department in various tasks; Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
