In this role, you will cultivate relationships with priority agency partners, driving new revenue from Agency Holding Companies and key Independent Agencies, through selling Beeswax Demand-Side Technology. This role will be multi-faceted; growing existing agency clients, while also reaching out to agency prospects to consultatively engage them and drive net new opportunities for Beeswax. As an Account Director, you collaborate closely with several cross-functional partners including marketing, product, and account management teams to provide a best-in-class customer experience, share market feedback, and refine our go-to-market strategy. This role is perfect for an experienced sales leader, who has deep programmatic expertise and understanding of navigating and selling into the agency ecosystem. Most of all, the ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter who can take ownership of key accounts and overdeliver on client expectations. Job Description Core Responsibilities Drive revenue growth from the agency customer segment, both by closing net-new opportunities and by winning new advertisers and campaigns from existing agency relationships Build and cultivate strong relationships with executive stakeholders within Agency Holding Companies and Independent Agencies Demonstrate the value of the Beeswax platform by through detailed understanding & presentation of the product Responsible for achieving sales performance and meeting and exceeding top line revenue and growth targets Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs and differentiators Take lead in responding to RFP’s or new inner agency opportunities, including qualification & win strategy Become a product expert on the Freewheel portfolio, demonstrating domain expertise of both Beeswax and FreeWheel’s programmatic software Develop strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders internally in marketing, product, marketing, account management, finance, and legal Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to ad tech, programmatic advertising, and digital media monetization Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications 6+ years of demonstrated excellence in agency sales or sales leadership at an Adtech company. Previous programmatic platform experience required Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a rapidly evolving environment Experience executing master service agreements with agency holding companies in the programmatic ecosystem Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and quantitative skills to identify revenue growth opportunities Significant business-development experience, including leading sales pitches Effective communication and interpersonal skills and experience managing across and up Strong organizational skills and deep CRM experience BA/BS degree required Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job. Relevant Work Experience 7-10 Years Salary: Primary Location Pay Range: $144,780.48 - $217,170.72 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Targeted Commission: $137,500 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
